A successful two-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) was organized at Sant Chavara National Academy to enhance teachers’ skills and promote a positive mindset.
The program began with a warm floral welcome to the guests by the school manager, Father Steinin.
The chief speaker on the first day was renowned motivational speaker Fr. Joseon Padikkala. He inspired teachers to always remain positive. He explained how a teacher’s mindset can significantly influence and shape the future of students.

On the second day, renowned psychologist Ms. Khushboo Tiwari delivered a seminar on “Transformation.” She introduced teachers to several modern and important methods, including:
The school principal, Fr. Jason P, honored both guests with mementos in appreciation of their valuable guidance.
At the end of the second day, Ruhi Khan expressed gratitude to everyone.
The workshop proved to be highly inspiring and beneficial for the teachers.
