Motivational Input Session for Teachers

A motivational input session for the teaching staff was conducted in our institution with great enthusiasm and active participation. The programme began with a prayer song, invoking God’s blessings upon the gathering. This was followed by a warm welcome address delivered by the Fr. Manager, who greeted the resource person and all the teachers present.

The highlight of the session was the inspiring talk by Rev. Fr. Josen Padikkala, a renowned motivational speaker, retreat preacher, writer, organizer, and educator. Drawing from his vast experience, Fr. Josen shared valuable insights on the importance of nurturing human values and curiosity in children from an early age. He emphasized that every child is a unique and important part of society and encouraged teachers to play a vital role in shaping young minds with compassion, understanding, and dedication.

His thought-provoking ideas, practical examples, and engaging presentation motivated the participants to reflect on their role as educators and mentors. The session provided meaningful guidance on fostering holistic development among students and creating a positive learning environment.

As a token of gratitude and appreciation, the Fr. Principal presented a memento to Fr. Josen Padikkala. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to the resource person for his enriching session, as well as to the Fr. Manager, Fr. Principal, and everyone involved in organizing the event.

The session proved to be highly informative, inspiring, and beneficial for all the teachers present.
